Very nice luxury apartment of 47 m2 located in a quiet cul-de-sac in front of a small cove with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.

The apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials and moved with great taste. In terms of comfort, everything is planned: comfortable bedding, ultra-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WIFI etc.
It is located on the top floor of a charming secure residence and has an assigned parking space.

From the night coast we find a spacious master bedroom plus balcony with a double bed of 160-200 as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. A corridor connects this part to the day part which consists of a large living room opening onto the south-facing sea view terrace - it has two comfortable double sofa beds - as well as an open kitchen with a small bar for small meals or aperitifs.

The residence is located in a very quiet location close to Capelan Beach, not far from the Bandol Tennis Club, less than a mile from Renécros Beach and one km from Bandol harbour, these terraces, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The perfect place to spend great vavances with family or friends.

$500 deposit
Application fee (48 euros) and residence tax in addition.
Rent sheets / 2 towels (25 euros per person) optional.
End-of-stay household in addition (80 euros ttc) mandatory. Household carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.

Amazing Sea View in Modern Apartment

We LOVED this apartment - the view from the balcony that was set up with dinning table was so lovely. We love to cook and the kitchen was fitted with everything you would need to a cook proper meal. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was shower was excellent, super clean and organized. Highly recommend.

ça commençait bien, les codes d'accès reçus de l'agence pour le domaine et pour les piétons étaient obsolètes...et se terminait par un séjour à côté d'un chantier (trois jours sur 6 dans le bruit et la poussière) une catastrophe !

Wir haben uns gut erholt. Ungewohnt war die fehlende Objektbetreuung durch die Vermieter. Es gab keine persönliche Übergabe und Rückgabe des Appartements und vor Ort keinen Hausmeisterservice und keinen Schlüsselkasten. Die ausgehängten Inventarlisten waren nicht aktuell. Uns wurde zugemutet, innerhalb von 72 Stunden Abweichungen zu melden. Die Küchenutensilien sind für unser Verständnis unzureichend. Wir würden trotz allem gerne wiederkommen.

Magnifique emplacement au calme et face à la mer

Hote très prévenant et disponible. L'appartement est agréable, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Le calme se paye par 20 mn de marche pour aller au centre ville mais quel plaisir de parcourir cette petite route calme et peu emprunté... par les véhicules et qui longe la cote en bordure de front de mer.

Sauberkeit

Der Boden , die Spiegel und die Bettwäsche waren nicht sauber . Die Bettwäsche bekamen wir aber sofort ersetzt . Am Boden waren noch Staub und Krümel , also ungeputzt . Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt .
