Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung total wohlgefühlt. Sie ist schön groß und es ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht, angefangen beim Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck etc. bis hin zum Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Das kochen bringt wirklich Spaß, weil alles da ist und der Herd und Backofen super funktionieren. Der große Balkon ist toll und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Züge haben uns nicht gestört, sie sind schnell vorbei und Nachts fahren keine Züge. Monique ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr großzügig und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und es gab Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank. Das war ein schöner Start in den Urlaub. Danke Monique noch einmal für alles!

Un tres bon appartement

Nous avions un tres bon sejour dans cet appartement. Monique est tres gentille et elle nous a cherche a la gare. C'etait merveilleux parceque nous n'avons pas su la route. L'apartement est tres clair avec une grande terrasse. La cuisine a tous les appareils pour preparer et faire la cuiire.

L'appartement est très bien agencé et rien ne manque. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et au petit soin pour le bien-être des locataires. Situation géographique adaptée aux familles avec jeunes enfants : on peut tout faire à pied (la plage, le centre ville de Bandol... et même le zoo de Sanary). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur les traces de mon enfance et comptons bien y revenir. Seul bémol qui peut surprendre au début : le bruit des trains mais on s'y fait très vite.

Bel appartement, à louer sans hésiter.

Appartement spacieux, calme et très lumineux, bien situé où tout est accessible à pied. Je pense que cela est très important pendant la période estivale .... La vue est superbe, même si la ligne sncf est en contrebas (ce n'est pas le nombre de train par jour qui est gênant) Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de profiter du balcon tous les jours. Ce n'est pas un appartement "juste pour de la location", il y a une vraie vie dedans, tout est fait pour y être bien. Les équipement sont de qualités (literie, canapé, cuisine, etc ..) nous sommes donc très loin des 3 verres et 4 fourchettes de certaines locs ... Monique est une femme très dynamique et nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Vous pourrez toujours compter sur elle en cas de problème.

Bandol an der Côte d‘Azur

Große Ferienwohnung mit ausgedehntem Balkon, von dem man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht hat. Vollständige Ausstattung mit allem, was man in einem solchen Objekt haben möchte. Kurzer Weg zu einem kleinen Strand, etwas weiter in das Zentrum. Nahe an der Wohnung verläuft die Bahnlinie von Marseille in Richtung Italien. Das Geräusch der Züge muss man in Kauf nehmen. Madame Gomez ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Golf von Bandol

Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich groß und sehr gut und individuell eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett. Küche und Sanitärbereich sind neuwertig. Elektrische Jalousien, Markisen sowie Klimaanlage und Internet sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine abgeschlossene Garage auf abgesperrtem Grundstück. Die nahe Bahnlinie hat uns nicht gestört, weil die Fenster gut abschirmen und nachts kaum Bahnverkehr ist. Für Reisende mit größeren Fahrzeugen ist eine Anfahrt von hinten über die D559 zu empfehlen, da die Anfahrt aus der Stadt über die Avenue de la Liberacion durch eine schmale Bahnunterführung führt und ein Wenden schwierig ist, da der Montee Voisin hier Einbahnstraße ist.

Cela fait la 2ème année que nous revenons. Acceuil sympathique, beaucoup de gentillesse de la part de Mme Gomez qui est aux petits soins. Elle laisse à disposition tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre un bon séjour. Allez y sans hésiter. Appartement très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. Cela fait la 2eme année que nous revenons dans cet appartement très spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. nous avons eu le plaisir cet anneé d avoir une cuisine refait a neuf et tres fonctionnelle. La propriètaire de plus est très accueillante et très sympatique. Le garage fermé est un plus. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un appartement très propre et très confortable

Madame Gomez, la propriétaire est très accueillante et très gentille. L'appartement vient d'être refait et il est d'une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipé, fonctionnel. Vraiment agréable. Nous étions 2 amies à l'occuper et avions chacune une chambre grande et claire. Les lits sont neufs et de qualité. Nous avons été très satisfaites de cette location. Il faut juste signaler que l'appartement est au 2e sans ascenseur et qu'il y a une ligne de chemin de fer pas loin mais nous n'avons pas été gênées et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. De plus il y a un garage fermé. En résumé une très bonne location et une propriétaire charmante.
