Beautiful view and close to all necessary ammenitoes. Total quiet and zero light in the bedroom for wonderful sleep.

Super emplacement, les pieds dans l'eau. Magnigique vue sur mer et proche du centre-ville.En revanche attention à la place de parking, notre voiture ne rentrait pas, on a dû aller se garer 3 jours sur le parking payant. La place est vraiment petite.2 ou 3 petits trucs à revoir dans l'appartement (un volet de chambre bloqué, un abat-jour cassé, manque un ou 2 crochets pour mettre les serviettes dans la petite salle de bain). Des petits details.Salle-à-manger et salon très grands.Beaucoup de vaisselle disponible.

Apparemment idéalement situé à 1 min de la plage, avec une agréable petite terrasse qui permet de manger face à la mer. Proche également du centre ville de Bandol. Communication très facile et agréable avec Marie Noëlle. Bref un très bon séjour.

Immeuble 1980 en front de mer, belle terrasse avec vue sur la plage/mer, aménagée d'un coin repas et d un coin salon. Procedure d arrivee et depart anonymisee (systeme boite à clef) donc pas d etat des lieux d entree /sortie. Appartement propre bien que wc et une des sdb vetustes. Pas de douche mais des baignoires (une dite sabot, l autre conventionnelle). Couchages confortables. Sdb borgnes. Fenetre des chambres et porte-fenêtre de cuisine sur courette. Parking interieur tres exiguë, manoeuvre difficile avec une peugeot 5008. Proprietaire facilement joignable et communication agreable.

Tres agréable !

L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et bien fait. Super vue sur la mer ! On a bien profité de la région. Les places de parking sont tres etroites, heureusement que les places voisines étaient libres.

Terrasse avec une vue mer à couper le souffle !

Nous sommes arrivés à pied depuis la gare de Bandol (20 minutes à pied) et avons découvert la vue majestueuse de l’appartement, son atout numéro 1 ! Une jolie petite terrasse avec table et canapés sur laquelle nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps. La route passe en dessous donc c’est un peu bruyant en journée mais à partir de 19h plus unique le bruit des vagues (on est en couvre feu - on ne sait pas ce que ça donne d’habitude). La plage du casino est en face, parfait avec un enfant en bas âge : au moindre besoin on remonte ! Parking facile d’accès (a Bandol c’est appréciable vu la difficulté de se garer parfois) et 2 chambres au calme sur cours. Lit bébé très bien, 2 salles de bains avec baignoire et chaise haute + ascenseur : très facile avec un bébé ou jeunes enfants. Un bémol : le lit des parents 140x190 à baldaquin (avec métal au bout des pieds) : mon mari qui fait 1.86m ne pouvait pas y dormir et à du migrer dans le lit de l’autre pièce (140x190) en cours de nuit : un lit sans baldaquin en 160x200 serait idéal le jour d’un changement de literie. Commerces à 300metres à pied, l’emplacement est central ! Et la décoration a été refaite sûrement récemment : c’est actuel et très propre. On reviendra avec plaisir et garderons cette vue en mémoire très longtemps !

Appartement large, propre et dans une superbe location

La vue est exactement comme sur l'image. Mme Jouvin nous a accueilli tres bien, elle etait courtoise et chaleureuse. Je ne peux que recommender cet bel appartement a des families nombreuses.
