2 sets of linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer available for your use.
PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO WASH ALL LINENS AND TOWELS AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR STAY AND PLACE THEM IN THE DRYER SO THEY WILL BE CLEAN AND DRY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS.

Fully functional generator, hard wired into the house electrical panel, provides power to the home automatically should there be any storm related power outages. The generator also automatically turns on every Saturday morning for 20 minutes to test the system.

This was our fourth year staying at this house. The location is perfect. The house is comfortable and provides all the amenities we need. Great vacation!
Five adults and one 2 year old stayed for a week at this very comfortable home in easy walking distance to the beach and pool. It was really perfect for us!

This is a well-kept and roomy older home in an excellent location. Close to the beach and has everything you need. It could use some updating, but it is a beach house so it was fine.

Hopefully we will undergo a complete renovation within the next year. We'll keep the same footprint, but update the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Its time!
Perfect shore house, brought back so many childhood memories. Very grateful for the central air, and the cruiser bikes. We biked everywhere. The master bed was so comfortable! Plenty of towels etc. but we ended up using mostly the same ones since there was a new washer and dryer, we washed every night to keep towels in good supply. Mostly well equipped kitchen, could use a few more pitchers for water and iced tea that we always like to keep in the fridge. Would have liked an outdoor shower to really get the sand off before entering the house, that was a challenge. Location was excellent. Overall a great stay. One suggestion for the owner is: send the renter a message the week before going to remind them what to bring, how to get into the house etc. I felt like I was pestering you with my questions that could have been answered all together in a pre-rental message.
