1950's spit level home, newly refinished interior with completely updated alliances, manicured, lawn and private back yard, in the exclusive town of Spriing Lake, New Jersey.

2 block walk to the beach which offers a pavilion with concession stands and pool .

3 seasonal beach badges, included, allow you access to the pool as well as the beach.
More badges can be purchased at the boardwalk pavilion.

Weber barbecue and 2 beach cruisers at the house.

2 sets of linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer available for your use.

PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO WASH ALL LINENS AND TOWELS AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR STAY AND PLACE THEM IN THE DRYER SO THEY WILL BE CLEAN AND DRY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS.

IF YOU DO NOT INDEND TO WASH EVERYTHING AS REQUESTED, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS!

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $250 SURCHARGE!

Fully functional generator, hard wired into the house electrical panel, provides power to the home automatically should there be any storm related power outages. The generator also automatically turns on every Saturday morning for 20 minutes to test the system.

Five adults and one 2 year old stayed for a week at this very comfortable home in easy walking distance to the beach and pool. It was really perfect for us!

This is a well-kept and roomy older home in an excellent location. Close to the beach and has everything you need. It could use some updating, but it is a beach house so it was fine.

Hopefully we will undergo a complete renovation within the next year. We'll keep the same footprint, but update the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Its time!

Met our needs. Hours was well stocked with household necessities. Would recommend gas grill. Also replace living room rug.

Wonderful Vacation!

Perfect shore house, brought back so many childhood memories. Very grateful for the central air, and the cruiser bikes. We biked everywhere. The master bed was so comfortable! Plenty of towels etc. but we ended up using mostly the same ones since there was a new washer and dryer, we washed every night to keep towels in good supply. Mostly well equipped kitchen, could use a few more pitchers for water and iced tea that we always like to keep in the fridge. Would have liked an outdoor shower to really get the sand off before entering the house, that was a challenge. Location was excellent. Overall a great stay. One suggestion for the owner is: send the renter a message the week before going to remind them what to bring, how to get into the house etc. I felt like I was pestering you with my questions that could have been answered all together in a pre-rental message.
