Newly renovated kitchen! 2 weeks left in summer! <br>

A beautifully restored 20th Century home within easy walking distance to beach, train, and town all within 5 minute walk. A bright house with a large front porch and side patio for grilling. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas and a movie theater with 120" screen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor all with king beds and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor both have 2 twin beds great for kids or adults. Comes with 4 beach passes as well. The house is on a corner that overlooks the bay area that comes in from the ocean.

For the additional sleepers we have 2 queen air beds.

We do supply linens and towels.

W e do ask for 7 day rentals Sat-Sat during July and August months.

Family Reunion

This property is located in proximity to ocean, great dinning, shopping, fishing, and in our case close to family.Being from Tennessee we don't get to see our New Jersey relatives as often as we would like. This property was perfect.

Great House Amazing Location

Long weekend getaway with friends - early November

The stay was perfect. We had 8 people in all (4 adults and 4 kids), and had plenty of room. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great too - right in the middle of Manasquan, right next to a huge park for the kids to play in.

Big home, updated first floor, great shore area.

Big home that could accommodate a big family! Cool projector movie room, updated first floor living area. Bedrooms are big! Having 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms is a plus! All beds were so comfortable which can be hard to get. Upscale house, but could use just a bit of elbow grease in hidden cabinets and closets. Definitely worth a stay and return too!

VERY DISAPPOINTING

1) FALSE ADVERTISING: This property DOES NOT have three king suites; it has one king suite and two king bedrooms. 2) LACK OF CLEANLINESS: A thorough cleaning is necessary for the oven, toaster-over, shelving, spaces beneath the kitchen sink and the bathroom sinks, dining room chairs, and kitchen bench-seat cushions. Bath mat in the bathroom shared by the two king bedrooms was moldy. Theater chairs are a mess. 3) COOKWARE UNUSEABLE: Interior coatings of the pots and pans are severely scratched, scraped, and gouged. We purchased cookware to use. 4) OWNER DID NOT PROVIDE OFFERED DISCOUNT: Our initial dates were March 10 to March 13. The owner offered additional days at half price. We added March 9, but received no discount. Owner not respond to our inquiries. 5) OWNER DID NOT PREPARE FOR OUR ARRIVAL: Upon arrival on March 9, FS1 channel was unavailable to us. The owner was unable to rectify until 10 AM on March 10. We missed March 9 games. 6) NO INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO USE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT 7) BRING YOUR OWN: No hand towels, wash cloths, nor dish towels; only bath towels. No paper-towels nor any additional toilet paper. 8) BE PREPARED FOR CLOSET AND DRAWER CLUTTER 9) OWNER NOT PROACTIVE AND MAINTENANCE INEFFECTIVE: Electrician spent most of March 10 working on (but not fixing) issues we did not report. We purchased a battery-powered light to make a bathroom useable. 10) OWNER NOT RESPONSIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER: Weeks before our arrival we asked for recommendations for places to eat and shop. The owner did not respond. 11) PURSE MISSING: After the electrician departed on March 10, we noticed that a purse was missing; it could have been confused as a tool bag and mistakenly taken by the electrician. We contacted the owner who assured us the electrician was beyond reproach. On Monday, March 14th (24 hours after we left Manasquan), the owner contacted us by text message to inform us the purse was found inside the property. The only plausible explanation is that the electrician placed the purse in the house after we left on Sunday, March 13th. 12) BOTTOMLINE: The location of the property is great and the property could be amazing if the owner was more engaged and put forth more effort. We will not return.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Best location with a water view and sports courts surrounding the property. Lots of amenities and available resources. We absolutely loved staying here, and Nicholas was so helpful and responsive.

Happy Thanksgiving

Got in early which was appreciated. Perfect location-across from Mallard Park, and boat docks. Easy walk to beach. But…. Closets were all jammed with “stuff”. Excess sheets, pillows,- didn’t know what was clean or dirty. There were4 air mattress -2were not functional. Had a repairman on day two (owner was very responsive and got things repaired within 24 hrs of arrival) for dishwasher and toilet issues. There is a nice projector room but we’re never able to figure it out. Some instructions would have been helpful. Laundry room was loaded with clean towel but they’re just stacked on top of the washer and dryer. Overall house could use a good coat of paint and general maintenance

The property location was excellent as was the house itself. Two suggestions would be printed instructions on operating the TV’s and more lighting particularly in the bedrooms and third floor stairway. Overall a very good experience!

Amazing home!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights and were completely comfortable. The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our only recommendation would be to add some more lighting as it was difficult to see with the low lit lamps and had to use our cell phone flashlights to see things that we placed on the desk.

Family get together

Nice location in quiet neighborhood 10 minute walk from the beach. Shed with beach chairs/umbrella. 2 car off street parking and no problem with on street parking for visitors. Next to a large park, marina, Glimmer Glass pond. Nice outdoor sitting area with grill and firepit. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable but could use some upkeep. Many burned out lightbulbs, slow draining bathroom sinks, dishwasher not usable due to stopped up drain. A/C and all other appliances were fine. Also, could use some fresh interior paint. No duvet covers on the comforters and the linens were just OK. All fixable issues.

Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.
