About this property
Beautiful Beach House with Lots of Extras
This house has been beautifully updated with hardwood floors throughout. All of the appliances, beds, mattresses and couches are newer. There are 2 outdoor showers, a large patio with a Weber grill and patio furniture to relax on. we have at your disposal, 14 beach bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas. The house is just a short 6-8 minute walk, or a 3-4 minute bike ride away. 6 beach passes are included. The home has been professionally decorated. This house is open, spacious and very clean. All our visitors return. We have added a fifth bedroom with a vaulted ceiling & a half bath.

I am a professional designer, involved in renovating, then either renting or selling investment properties. I particularly love this beach house! Our memories here are wonderful!
Why they chose this property
I bought in Manasquan in 2005, when I found this quaint beachside town. It is just one hour from Manhattan, which makes it such an easy get away. We ride the bikes everywhere, the restaurants and the shopping are incredible. The beach has a boardwalk, with everything you need. The beaches are very clean, and there are many lifeguards. My sons love the fishing, off the beach, the inlet and the nearby charter fishing boats.
