Amoureux de la nature, c’est la maison qu’il vous faut La maison est situe en plein milieu de la garrigue, on ne voit pas d’autres maisons depuis la piscine Séjour très agréable durant lequel on peut profiter de la piscine en toute quiétude La maison est conforme aux photos et très fonctionnelle, la grande terrasse permet de manger dehors sous la pergola À noter qu’il faut aimer le chant des cigales Les plages du Grau du roi et de la grande Motte sont à moins de 30 min ce qui permet d’en profiter

Propriétaire malhonnête

Ayant dû quitter la maison au bout d'une semaine après des incendies et la piscine étant inutilisable, le propriétaire s'était engagé à nous rembourser la deuxième semaine. Il ne l'a pas fait nous obligeant à porter plainte (en cours). De plus il nous a menti sur le montant à nous rembourser en gonflant le montant de la commission d'Abritel qu'il avait soit disant acquittée.

Calme et spacieux

Super contact avec le propriétaire, très arrangeant et plein de bons conseils. Propriété au calme bordée d'arbres permettant de vivre au son des cigales. Environnement et maison spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Grande piscine qui a ravi nos ados.

Charmante maison de famille

Charmante maison de campagne/famille mais un peu trop "dans son jus" (des travaux d'aménagements et surtout de remise aux normes sont à prévoir d'urgence). Jardin clos, arboré très agréable, sans vis à vis et sans voisins. Quelques soucis avec la piscine (dont il a fallu s'accommoder) : non sécurisée, fuit (il a fallu la remplir ts les 2/3 jours), eau qui verdit 1 semaine après notre arrivée et trop fraîche (exposée au soleil seulement de 12h30 à 17h30 environ). Nous avons tout de même passé de très bonnes vacances, le soleil étant prédominant dans la région (un parasol aurait été bienvenu...) nous les avons surtout passées à l'extérieur. Région exceptionnelle, 2 semaines n'ont pas suffit à tout explorer.

Un petit coin de paradis perdu au milieu de nullepart...

Dans une belle propriété, une jolie maison de plein pied avec une super piscine. Nos ados ont adoré, nous aussi. L'intérieur de la maison demanderait un peu de remise à neuf mais ce n'est pas dérangeant car on vit dehors en été. Les cigales chantent un peu trop fort parfois mais nous sommes chez elles, au milieu des pins. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le BBQ par trop grand risque d'incendie. Les espaces sont agréables, la terrasse est parfaite. C'est un lieu de dépaysement idéal. Super contact avec Nicolas le propriétaire. Je recommande donc ce lieu avec grand plaisir pour un super rapport qualité prix.
