Studio approximately 21m², sleeping 3, with balcony, north and east facing with Mont Blanc and valley view ; level -1 on the entrance side and 1 on the windows side.
Kitchen : 2 electric hot plates, fridge, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
Living room : 2 double sofa beds and 1 flat screen TV.
Bathroom with shower, toilets and washing machine.
PETS NOT ALLOWED.

The booking price include the final cleaning EXCLUDING KITCHEN AREA. We ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding.
