Very nice area, close to many of the attractions making it walkable to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. I would definitely recommend this location.

Loved the location. Very comfortable space for four of us. Walked to the Rouses market about a half mile away which was very convenient. The building was nice and quiet. Had a great stay.

This was a beautiful and clean condo in a convenient location to everything New Orleans. The beds were very comfortable. The only downsides, which were minimal, was the musty odor that I’m assuming is in the entire building. It got a little better turning the AC up and once you are inside for a little while, not so noticeable. It is a dark unit, which is great for sleeping, but during the day you would think it was grey and cloudy outside when it’s actually sunny and beautiful. I don’t know if other units in this building have better exposure to the light. All in all, we were happy with the accommodations.

This apartment is ideally suited for 2 couples, a family, or a girl's trip. The decor is very tasteful and modern with exposed brick walls. The beds and the furniture are very comfortable. It's located nearer the Warehouse District/Arts District, but is a short walk to the CPD and French Quarter. We cooked breakfast and had wine and charcuterie at the apartment. It's also close to numerous fine and casual dining options. This will be new our go to place in NOLA! Highly recommend!
