Enjoy the large fenced backyard with fire pit, BBQ grill, and cornhole. Includes two free parking spots and an on-site EV charger. Trader Joe’s is nearby, and you’re steps from the Endymion parade route, near the Canal Streetcar, Superdome, French Quarter, and Bourbon Street. Perfect for festival stays.

And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Superbowl golf trip

This is a beautiful property! I really like the open floor plan of the first floor and it was nice to have the grill and utensils available for our stay. Rags for handwashing dishes and outlets in the bathrooms would be my only criticisms. Nice Work!

Beautiful house

The house is absolutely stunning, brand new. The backyard is a great size for a BBQ or playing corn hole. The rooms are a good size and the walk in closets are to die for! Locations is close enough to everything (within 10min drive) but far enough away that you do not get any noise traffic. The area is slowly being rebuilt so roads (like everywhere else in the US) have some potholes. We felt safe with the alarm on and were not worried about being out after dark. Owner is quick to respond to questions and any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. Highly recommend.
