En cette période si particulière, je serai très heureuse de vous accueillir avec des mesures très rigoureuses de propreté et d'hygiène pour vous assurer une sécurité optimale. Situé dans le cœur historique de Chartres, dans l'une des rues les plus typiques de la ville, vous serez au calme tout en étant quartier cathédrale et cœur de ville.
Appartement situé dans le cœur historique de Chartres, dans l'une des rues les plus typiques de la ville. Idéal pour une escapade ou un séjour chartrain.
Ce deux pièces de 43 m2 est lumineux, traversant avec de la chambre vue sur un jardin adossé aux remparts.
Vous serez au calme en zone piétonne, tout en étant à deux pas de la Cathédrale et du cœur de ville avec ses magasins et restaurants.
Possibilité de parking gratuit à 7 minutes à pieds de l'appartement.

Logement très bien équipé pour 4 personnes :
Lit king size pour 2 personnes dans la chambre avec la possibilité de le transformer en deux lits jumeaux sur simple demande.
Couchage dans le salon pour 2 autres personnes grâce au Canapé convertible (système rapido : il s'ouvre facilement avec les coussins qui restent solidaires de l'armature) avec un couchage de qualité et une grande taille de matelas (160x190).
Belle pièce principale avec coin salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée.
Cuisine comprenant : réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, four micro-ondes, hotte, plaque induction, grille pain, moulin à légumes, saucier.

Pour le couchage dans le canapé convertible, le drap housse est installé et sa couette est prête dans la chambre.
Il n'y a pas de lave linge dans l'appartement, mais Matin d'été est à 2 minutes à pieds d'une laverie (à côté de l'office de tourisme) ouverte de 7h à 21h.

Our stay in Chartres

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Chartres, being conveniently located for walking to shops, restaurants and the Cathedral. The apartment was very comfortable, including the beds, and was well equipped with everything we needed for making occasional meals. Nathalie was such a kind hostess - she picked us up and drove us to the train station, which was much appreciated, and the apartment had lovely touches, such as chocolates waiting for us. We very much enjoyed our stay in Chartres - thank you!

Nice flat and a good location for explring Chartres. The apartment heater only went to 19C and that was a little cold for us. The shower drains very slow, too. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was a very pleasant stay.
