The villa is split into independent levels. The top one is occupied by the owners with a separate entrance. The other levels and the garden are for guests only. There is a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms but with additional convertible sofas and a Murphy bed in their own private space, Villa Zarafa can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Ideal for 3 couples or intergenerational families.
Terraced gardens and heated private pool, tables and chairs spread in different areas with views, boulodrome , table tennis, badminton…
Located on the hills overlooking Nice, close to town but in a calm residential area. ( convenient bus stop outside for city centre)
The pool is heated from mid-April early October depending on meteorological conditions at the time.

Wonderful villa in the hills

Stephen and Lauryane's place is amazing. Loads of space, immaculate, close to the centre and with incredible outdoor areas with amazing views looking out toward the sea. Stephen and Lauryane were very accommodating and made the whole stay and wxperience very simple. A great find!

Nous sommes venus à 10 filles, nous avions assez de place avec les petits studios séparés ! Super piscine chauffé en plus !!!! C'était vraiment super et un bon spot pour faire des photos :p Merci beaucoup ! Les propriétaires répondaient à toutes nos questions et ont été très arrangeant !! Merci beaucoup !

Villa magnifique ❤️

Nous avons eu une bonne accueil de la part des propriétaires. La villa est magnifique, propre et bien située dans les hauteurs de Nice. Vue surprenante jour et nuit. Jardin agréable avec sa piscine magnifique. Nous avons passer un très bon week-end en groupes de 10 personnes pour un enterrements de vie de jeune fille. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa les yeux fermés. On espère y retourner très prochainement.

Empfehlenswerte Villa

Eine sehr gute Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick auf 3 Ebenen. Der Pool ist super, ebenfalls ist die Ausstattung in der Villa hervorragend, mit allen möglichen Geräten, es ist alles vorhanden. Viele Terrassen und Balkone, ermöglichen die unterschiedlichen Blickwinkel. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Einrichtung ist pragmatisch, einzelne Zimmer könnten etwas modernisiert werden. Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.
