Living room, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, separate WC, terrace and enclosed garden.
BEDS: 6 People max. BEDROOM 1 upstairs: 1 140 cm bed. BEDROOM 2 upstairs: 2 90 cm beds. LIVING ROOM: 1 convertible sofa.
KITCHEN AREA: 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. TV.
SANITARY: Shower room with shower and sink, separate WC.
Semi-detached maisonettes in a residence with swimming pool 800m from Richelieu Beach, 150m from shops and located next to the golf course.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to authorization from the Syndic, it is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
