SANITARY: Shower room with shower and sink. Separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool on the first line of Richelieu Beach and 100m from Richelieu Beach.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to authorization from the Syndic, it is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
