Gute Lage, aber Renovationsbedürftig

Die Lage ist gut, direkt beim Golfplatz. Vermieter und Agentur freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Wohnungen sanierungsbedürftig, man merkt ihnen das Alter an. Es hat an diversen Stellen Schimmel, einige Geräte sind in einem schlechten Zustand.

Un très bon moment

Superbe appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille, très ressourçant au milieu de ce très beau golf ! Dommage que le logement n'était pas très propre. Je pense payer le forfait ménage pour les prochains qui arrivent !

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour comme il y a 2 ans. Tout était très bien. L'appartement est toujours très bien avec quelques petits plus...... La résidence était très calme la première semaine. C'était très agréable. Un grand merci également à Madame Delmas sur laquelle on peut compter en cas de petits soucis. Merci

Séjour conforme aux attentes

Agréable séjour d'une semaine en famille. A noter en particulier la procédure de réservation (en direct contact avec le propriétaire), de réception et de libération des lieux tout à fait conforme au contrat. De même l'appartement et son équipement sont bien à l'image du descriptif. Toutefois en terme d'amélioration, je suggère un rideau dépliant sur la terrasse afin de profiter des soirées exposées à l'ouest donc aux fortes chaleurs estivales. Aucun repas pris en terrasse le soir. Une autre piste d'amélioration pourrait être la mise en place de barres de défense discrètes (comme fait sur l'appartement voisin) aux fenêtres des chambres débouchant sur le balcon commun aux différents appartements donc avec du passage. Le risque d'effraction existe toujours, mais surtout l'aération des chambres ne peut se faire, sans risque, qu'en présence d'une personne dans la chambre. L'accès externe des chambres par les fenêtres ouvertes est très facile

Localisation idéale, piscine couverte "chauffée" (un peu fraiche), appartement nickel, propre, climatisée, parking privé... Par contre, les coursives qui longent tous les appartements de l'immeuble, font que ce n'est pas du tout calme. En effet les gens parlent, et les enfants courent et braillent... bref impossible de dormir le matin. Idem, à la piscine, bien que les ballons soient interdits, ça n’empêche pas les enfants de jouer au foot (oui oui carrément au foot) sur les rebords de la piscine. On ne peut malheureusement rien y faire...

Appartement très bien équipé en vaisselle, il ne manque rien, la machine à laver est la bienvenue! Très belle vue, calme, bien situé. Bel accueil pour la remise des clés. Appartement agreable et propre, pas assez grand pour 6 personnes comme annoncé et limite pour 4; pas assez d'armoire concernant le rangement des habits. La cuisine est bien équipée, belle terrasse spacieuse et une superbe vue sur le Golf.

"Nous avons séjourné débu...

"Nous avons séjourné début avril, pas de problème de bruit. Rien à redire à la propreté. Vu que nous y alliez pour pratiquer le golf, diffiicle de trouver mieux vu que la terrasse donne sur le golf. Il y a aussi une piscine qui étqait accessible début avril (position couverte), ce qui n''est pas toujours le cas partout. La climatisation demande à être "maitrisée". Il n''y a pas internet mias je recommande à ceux qui en ont besoin une clé "domino" avec carte sim sans abonnement (pour les étranger) que l''on trouve dans la galerie Hyper U à moins de 3 km de l''appartement. Il y a aussi une pharmacie, boulangerie (pour les croissants) et SPAR à moins de 300m. La plage et évidemment la station du cap d''Agde sont accessibles à pied. La voiture peut rester sur l''emplacement réservé (près de la porte du hall..)."
