Private parking n. 236. South exposed ont the 3rd floor with elevator. Tennis and residence view and very small sea view.
Living room, kitchen area, bedroom, alcove-entrance, bathroom, separate WC, glass loggia.
BEDS: 4 pers. max. BEDROOM: 1 double bed. ALCOVE: bunk beds 2x 90 cm.
LIVING ROOM: 1 sofa bed.
KITCHEN: 4 electric plates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven. TV.
BATHROOM: bathtub and sink, separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool, paddling pool and 3 tennis courts 300m from Richelieu Beach.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the condominium and is normally open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
