Family break

We stayed with Bruno the last week of August and it was a really relaxing break. The Gite was perfectly equipped for the 7 of us and large enough that we all had our own rooms and space. The gite was well cleaned on our arrival and all communal areas were well looked after too. During our stay there were a number of other guests and families staying in the neighbouring gîtes, everyone was courteous and well behaved around the pool. The location is fantastic with Blois 10minutes down the road with lots of restaurants, shops and things to do. Your was less than an hour away and lots of chateaus nearby. We would certainly consider staying with Bruno again if we were to visit The Loire valley again soon.

Luxury near the Loire!

We had a fantastic stay at Bruno’s beautiful house! The house is immaculate, large and very well equipped. Excellent layout with beautiful and recently renovated open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors out to a stunning patio for outside dining with plentiful garden space for games of boules! The pool area was stunning and the pool was lovely and warm and we enjoyed many afternoons here as the weather was hot during our stay in late June! Plenty of sun loungers also. Access to the table tennis table and swings etc on the grounds was fun for both adults and our kids! The town of Blois is a very easy and short 10 min drive and is simply stunning with plenty to do. Castles galore in the wider area, we visited as many as we could fit in and found them all incredibly magnificent and interesting! Chatuau Meung Sur Mer is especially good for kids as it has a large adventure playground and the village itself is beautiful also. We thoroughly enjoyed discovering this beautiful part of France on our holiday!

Excellent séjour entre amis

Tout etait parfait, la magnifique maison très propre et très bien équipée, la gentillesse de nos hôtes, bref, je conseillerais ce gite bien situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire et les caves troglodytes.

Heerlijk en compleet verblijf met familie met kleine kinderen

Dit huis is heel ruim en van alles voorzien. We waren blij verrast met de extra babykamer die hoorde bij de grote slaapkamer beneden. Prima bedden. De tuin was afgesloten en heel groot. Prachtig zwembad met ligstoelen. Door de ligging was het huis heel privé ondanks dat er nog twee andere huizen op het terrein staan. Leuke speelterreintjes voor de kinderen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Kortom: een aanrader!

Wonderful week

Fantastic week in a fabulous property. Spotless, well equipped and a very well finished home. Swimming pool, spa and grounds were idyllic Short drive to amenities and regal city of Blois. All in all a fantastic spot to relax and get away from it all.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée dans un gîte très propre, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. C'était exactement ce qu'il ne fallait pour 10 avec une personne à mobilité réduite. A recommander absolument.

Beau gîte agréable en famille

Beau gîte joliment rénové dans une ferme très calme. Chambres spacieuses avec grands dressings, cuisine bien équipée et grand jardin. nous avons plus profité du spa que de la piscine comme la météo n’était pas trop avec nous ! Seul bémol la connexion wifi un peu faible et 4G pas très constante.
