Relax and unwind at one of the most beautiful waterfront townhomes overlooking the Chincoteague Channel. With the living room and master bedroom balconies overlooking the Chincoteague Channel, you will take in some of the most peaceful sights Chincoteague has to offer. Every room boast a relaxing water view, with the ability to view both the sunrise and sunset. When you stay here you will really say "life is better on the water."
Please let us know if you would like to rent the boat slip when making the reservation this will be $100 added to the reservation.

Wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean waterfront townhouse. Stunning views and a short drive to town. We even were able to see dolphins from the balcony and caught crabs off the dock.

Fantastic and clean

Once again, we stayed here and had a great time. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Great for our family with young kids, we did a lot of fishing off the dock, and caught a lot of croaker and spot fish. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed everything about this home and property. Our teenage girls loved crabbing from the dock. It's a private location but super close to downtown Chincoteague and all that has to offer.

Our group had a wonderful weekend. The neighborhood is perfect away from the Island noise but close enough to all the fun. The view was priceless and we spent more time on the patio instead of in the house. The only recommendation is a late checkout would be helpful.

Relaxing and beautiful place to stay

The property was first class! Really clean and well stocked with just about any pot/pan and appliance you could imagine. The decor was pleasing and comfortable. Water views from the living room and bedrooms was beautiful...we saw dolphins swim by in the early morning. A great place to relax and enjoy with family.
