Great home! Was exactly like pictures, nice neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and Vanderbilt University. Nice stay!

Great place

This is a great place to stay with a group of friends. Plenty of room, modern and clean. Close walk to restaurants and bars near Vanderbilt

Very nice stay

Townhouse was very nice for our group of six adults and one toddler. A few things that could be improved are, the kitchen needs dish towels and a dish sponge. Dish detergent was fine. A few more bath towels for multiple night stays would be nice. The location is nice. The garage is tight for a larger vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

NASHVILLE STAY

The property is in a very quiet area and seems very safe. The property was pretty well taken care of but there are areas that could use some assistance. The couch and chairs are in need of cleaning/replacing. For the size of the home seating is very limited and very uncomfortable. The rules state that no tape is to be used but we showed up and tape is still on the walls from previous occupants. Walls could use some touch up as well. The towel bar in king bedroom needs repair/replacing. More hangers in the closets would be helpful as well. Bedding/towels seemed fresh and clean. Overall nice property but don't let disrepair become an issue as this house is in good shape but won't be if more attention to detail is not taken.
