We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Great Vibe

Overall, the stay was great. There were 7 friends celebrating a bachelorette and we all felt very comfortable with the space. Pretty easy to find the location of the house and garage. Host gave us good directions to follow on the multiple codes for the house and garage. It is about a 10 minute ride to Broadway. One thing we really enjoyed was being in a quieter area.The decor was also great. The cleaning could've been a tad better, but it wasn't bad enough to bother us on the trip. We cleaned up what we needed to. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would book again!

We rented this property for 30 days while mt SO was undergoing cancer treatment. The property manager was contacted on our 2nd day and multiple times throughout our stay regarding the oven/stove not working properly. The oven temp could not be adjusted properly resulting in undercooked food. Only one gas eye worked without a blazing flame. The majority of the pots and pans were scorched. The outdoor grill did not work either. The microwave also smelled terrible. We are supposed to receive a 30% discount since the oven/stove were never fixed. We still have not received that.

40 Days

We had a 40 day stay for my mom’s cancer treatment at Midtown St Thomas. We were 5-10 minutes from treatment. We had a little hiccup when checking in because you need 2 codes for 2 garage doors. Rental company did not know. After that we received very quick responses to anything that came up. Furniture was disappointing (door room quality) but place was big enough to give Mom privacy while we were her care givers.

Family time in Nashville

We enjoyed our family time together. Location was great. The property itself needs some attention. No garage opener so someone would have to get out of the car every time to open the gate and open/close the garage. Not fun when it’s cold out. A pile of Trash left by garage door when we arrived. You can tell it’s been there for weeks. Both coffee makers were terrible. One would leak every where and the other one had a broken handle. None of the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. All canisters were empty.

The place is perfect for a large group staying for a long weekend! Unlike other homes in the area, you enter on the main floor and have a room with two beds on that floor and more bedrooms up and down the stairs.(most i have stayed in the main floor is on the second level, up the stairs - so this one is perfect if your group has someone with mobility issues) There is some minor damage to the property, along with some light bulbs out, however, it was clean and comfortable.
