This home was the nicest I have ever stayed in through VRBO. It felt like we lived there, it had everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, and spacious. Very clean, and there was live music our first night at the pavilion nearby, so we had dinner on the deck while listening to music. The town of Rockport is beautiful. I was sad to leave! I highly recommend staying here, it was such a beautiful home.

This was our 4th year renting the beach house. Love the location. The house is very clean and roomy. We spend a lot of time on both decks that have a great view of Back Beach. Mike is easy to get in touch with for any questions.

Celebrated our group of friends 60th birthdays. Amazing views from both decks. Quick walk to 2 beaches and downtown for meals/shopping. House had all the essentials and many things you may not know you need. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Location

Wonderful house in great location to beach and Rockport shopping. Both decks had great views of the ocean. The house was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The Host and his caretaker were both very responsive to any questions. Very friendly neighborhood. Loved the access to both Front and Back beach.Will definitely plan to come back next year!

Great location!

We picked up our daughter from Northeastern for a long weekend. Spent 2 nights here, great location, quaint town. We were walking distance of restaurants and trails. House clean, great to have coffee on the patio and look at the ocean. Would return here.

Lovely spot across from the beach in Rockport

We had a wonderful time at this property. The interior is amazing from the large eat in kitchen with beautiful countertops and a huge amount of drawers and cupboards stocked with everything. The house has many areas for gathering and beautiful decks on each level with water views. Also, only a ten minute walk to downtown Rockport. We intend to come again.

The house is in a perfect location. Quiet street but walking distance to the beach and downtown Rockport. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The roof top deck is a huge plus! Would come back in a heartbeat.
