Property was fantastic! Had no idea what to expect but was more than pleased! It was decorated beautifully, but not overdone. Loved the kitchen and the bedrooms with the on suites. Also, it was very clean. Property was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Loved the pool area. The host was amazing and responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend the property!

Our trip was great. Very clean, easy check in. The host response was prompt. We had an amazing time. Wish we would have gotten the pool heater on(our fault) as it was chilly for grandkids. Perfect location!

This was the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the beach closet, the host provides many items to make the stay more comfortable and packing much lighter. The location was an easy walk to the beach (which was beautiful), especially with the wagon provided. The private pool was great. The place was well appointed with nice appliances, furniture etc..Host was also super responsive. Thanks for an awesome saty!

The house was absolutely amazing! So comfortable for families with kids. It was private, beautifully maintained, and the enclosed stairs gave us such peace of mind with little ones running around. The home itself is stunning, and Tammy was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to be back very soon. I can not express how much we all enjoyed staying here. The place was beautiful, well kept up. We had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, grandkids loved the pool. Beds where so comfy after a long day. Fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and such a large kitchen. Outside grill was a plus as well. I can't say enough. Tammy is such an easy contact, although we really didn't have to reach out to her that much. I have been on many trips and this was the best rental we have had. Thank you Tammy!

We had an amazing time!! Tammy was an excellent host. She was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately. We have stayed at many rentals in the area and this was by far one of the nicest homes we've been in. Tammy and her husband have thought of everything, there really isn't anything you need to bring other than your bathing suits. The home is very clean and well stocked. We definitely felt at home there. The kids especially enjoyed the private pool especially after a long day at the beach. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the village with plenty of restaurants to try. Thank you Tammy for an amazing family vacation, we made plenty of beautiful memories there.

Tammy’s property was magical! We really enjoyed all the amenities. The beach was so close and the pool was fun! Being right on the trolley route was great too! It was so spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there and then some. It was so easy to communicate with Tammy, so responsive and helpful. All 10 of us enjoyed every second :)

How do I put this…the host was great, but we did have some AC issues. One of the rooms consistently was very hot and they have to come out twice to fix the sensor issue. I realize issues happen but at this price we could have minimal to no issues. There were a couple of other things but nothing that weren’t resolved eventually.

As a small family-run property, my husband took multiple days off work to ensure your group had everything you needed, from delivering extra infant linens, to manually adjusting the specialized electronic airflow booster in the upstairs bedroom. Because this digital booster plugs into a standard wall outlet, it resets if accidentally unplugged on-site, which we suspect occurred during your stay since guests right before and after you found this room comfortable & needed an extra blanket for the bed. We appreciate your stay and are glad all items were fully resolved!

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything matched the description and photos, the home was incredibly spacious, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The host was very responsive and helpful. The access to the beach across the street was great, and it was only a 0.2 mile walk through a quiet little neighborhood to get to the expansive beach. For cooking meals, the kitchen could not have been better laid out and large. We could not have loved the stay more.

The house is equipped with all the things for all ages to enjoy a Siesta Key vacation. Every sand toy kids would want along with the chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry them to the beach. The home is very spacious, beautifully designed, and truly has everything you need when traveling away from home.

Great Extended Family Vacation in Siesta Key!

This house is a great location on Siesta Key! We loved that all but one bedroom had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was responsive, the pool was great and the beaches were beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

Our host Tammy and John were very welcoming! What stood out most to us was how spacious the house is. Also all of the extras including snacks, a welcome note and top of the line beach essentials. The use of the washer and dryer was a godsend! Tammy was very quick to answer our emails. We are looking forward to returning here next year!Viviano, Boniello and Felicetti families.
