You'll take delight in cooking a gourmet meal for your loved ones in the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an electric range cooktop, and a separate oven; then savor that meal around the dining table, offering seating for four. In the evenings, you'll find yourself snuggling-up on the living room sofa watching your favorite movies with the kids on the flat screen TV and as the evening winds down enjoy some quiet time on the patio! You'll get the relaxation you deserve in the first-floor guest bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing private access to a shared patio, and a bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY) 
3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
