New little flat for two persons situated at the first floor of a barn, separarted from the owner's house in a large garden.
Consists of a kitchen-living room with all the comfort, a shower-room and a bedroom in mezzanine.
Kitchen with fridge, dish-washer, MW-gril oven, induction cooker, toaster,kettle, coffee-maker, tea-pot, radio, household kit, vacuum cleaner, iron, wifi, washing machine.
Garden with hammocks- terrace.

Situated near the junction between the Loire and the Cher, this flat is also near the village of Savonnières, where are usual shops and a market and where passes the bicycle-track "Loire à vélo".

It is an ideal starting-point for a discovery of the city of Tours and some famous castles of Loire Valley (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Amboise Chinon and so on.
You can also visit wine-vaults of Touraine- Loire-Valley (Vouvray, Montlouis, Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur...)
