One-roomed flat Clos des bergeons

New little flat for two persons situated at the first floor of a barn, separarted from the owner's house in a large garden.
Consists of a kitchen-living room with all the comfort, a shower-room and a bedroom in mezzanine.
Kitchen with fridge, dish-washer, MW-gril oven, induction cooker, toaster,kettle, coffee-maker, tea-pot, radio, household kit, vacuum cleaner, iron, wifi, washing machine.
Garden with hammocks- terrace.

Situated near the junction between the Loire and the Cher, this flat is also near the village of Savonnières, where are usual shops and a market and where passes the bicycle-track "Loire à vélo".

It is an ideal starting-point for a discovery of the city of Tours and some famous castles of Loire Valley (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Amboise Chinon and so on.
You can also visit wine-vaults of Touraine- Loire-Valley (Vouvray, Montlouis, Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur...)

Cozy gite central to many Loire Valley chateaus

Ideal for 1-2 people. Outfitted with everything needed for self-caterers. New pool looks great. Location keeps all the more noteworthy Loire Valley chateau within a 60-70 minute drive (Villandry is 5mins away). Daniel and Nicole are friendly and accommodating hosts.

Découverte de la Touraine à vélo

Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour nous permettre de passer un agréable séjour au clos des Bergeons: le soleil, la chaleur😊, les bons conseils des hôtes, leur magnifique propriété, le logement très cosy et chaleureux ainsi que les beaux sites à decouvrir à portée de pédales! 🚴‍♀️Nous avons ralenti le temps en sillonnant tranquillement la région à vélo et sommes revenus avec de très belles images plein les yeux. A découvrir

Cette location est idéalement située proche de Tours avec le calme de la campagne. Petit logement dans une propriété tenue avec soin et goût par les propriétaires. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour au calme. Petit plus les propriétaires mettent gracieusement à disposition 2 vélos. Cela permet de découvrir cette belle région avec une grande piste cyclable le long du Cher.
