L'unique non-conformité au descriptif annoncé concerne la présence de deux chats à nourrir, dont l'un ne vit pas au chalet. Mon erreure a été d'oublier de le mentionner dans l'annonce et d'en informer Madame par téléphone suite à sa réservation. Pour le reste, nos avis divergent et je laisse, sans aucune crainte, Abritel expertiser le chalet au besoin. Nous avons pu au final leur proposer un remboursement généreux de leur deuxième semaine afin qu'ils puissent quitter ce lieu qui ne leur convenait pas, et aussi pour préserver notre paix. Pour les uns ce chalet est un paradis, pour d'autres une mauvaise expérience... subjectif à mon sens...
Je comprends malgré tout l'état de surmenage manifeste dans lequel ils sont arrivés et pour cela je leur ai attribué 5 étoiles malgré toute la gêne occasionnée par leurs reproches répétés et surdimensionnés à nos yeux.
En espérant qu'une telle expérience ne se reproduise plus, ni pour l'un ni pour l'autre.
