A well-equipped kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker (with filter and coffee powder), kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

A living room with flat screen TV and a balcony with mountain views.

This cozy and bright flat will welcome you whether you are alone or up to 6 people.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 35 euros per pet, per stay applies.

Leicht Schmudellig und verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft - Wasser lief über - kein normales Duschen möglich. Agentur schickte erst am 3. Tag jemanden um den Abfluss zu richten, obwohl schon Vormieter dieses Manko angemeldet hatten. Unterkunft eher Zweckmässig gerade so OK, Ausstattung auch eher nur Zweckmässig, Plötzlich kein Warmwasser. Viele Glühbirnen nicht funktionierend - wurden trotz mehrfachem Kontakt mit der Agentur nicht ausgetauscht.

Réclamation

Notre avis est mitigé pour plusieurs raisons : la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous. Dans l’annonce il est fait état d’un lit en 160, ce qui a motivé notre choix, or il s’agit d’un lit en 140 de très mauvaise qualité puisqu’il comporte des traces de cigarettes et autres. Les oreillers sont jaunes. Je n’ai même pas osé y poser mes pieds. Le micro-ondes n’était pas nettoyé. Une seule des deux télécommande de la télévision fonctionne. Vitre du salon très sales Ampoules manquantes. Lorsque l’on paye 45€ de frais de nettoyage auxquels s’ajoutent 70€ de frais supplémentaires de ménage à notre départ car nous avons un chien, alors qu’aucuns frais supplémentaires n’est annoncé lors de la réservation, je ne trouve pas normal d’avoir une location dans cet état. J’attends de votre part un remboursement pour ces frais de nettoyage qui n’ont clairement pas été réalisés à notre arrivée. Merci de votre compréhension Cordialement Mme Borlido

Bel emplacement mais communication difficile

Bel emplacement à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Megeve Vue dégagée. Au calme Par contre «la chambre enfant » est en fait un lit superposé dans l entrée de l appartement . La communication uniquement par mail a été compliquée en vacances ! je n ai pas reçu les mails et ai dû appeler

Beaucoup d anomalies : porte lave vaisselle cassée, douche bouchée, table abîmée et très inconfortable, ampoules manquantes et ne fonctionnant pas, grandes vitres salon tres sales.......
