Located in the hills above Passy, at an elevation of 850 metres, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and relaxing setting, we invite you to stay in our cosy, modern, and functional apartment on the ground floor of our traditional Savoyard chalet.

During your stay, you can enjoy a 180° panoramic view from the terrace of the Mont Blanc range (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc du Tacul, Dôme de Miage), the Fiz Range (Aiguille de Varan, Pointe de Platé, Pointes d’Ayeres), and the Aiguilles Rouges Massif (Pointe Noire de Pormenaz, Aiguillette des Houches, Le Brévent).

Ideally located: At the starting point of numerous hiking trails (on foot or with snowshoes), just a stone’s throw from the suspension bridge and the Passy Via Ferrata, on the route leading to paragliding launch sites—notably the family-friendly Plaine Joux ski resort (which offers the most beautiful view of Mont Blanc), accessible in 10 minutes by car. Centrally located near the major ski areas (Chamonix, Saint-Gervais-Megève, Combloux, Les Contamines-Montjoie), all less than 20 minutes away.

The 25-square-meter apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, features private access and a large, separate terrace for complete privacy. It enjoys ideal sunlight as it faces due south. Perfect for couples, families, and business travellers (available for nightly rentals; rates provided upon request). The open-concept kitchen/living area opens onto the terrace through a large picture window, and the apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans are provided. Raclette, pierrade, fondue, and crepe makers are provided upon request. The living area features a two-seater sofa bed, an extendable table with four chairs, a TV with Orange TV, and Wi-Fi.
