Pretty chalet located on land adjoining house. This cottage has a living room in lieu of office once, dining area and sleeping for two persons, bathroom and toilets equipped with research and design to feel 'at home'. You can eat out easily thanks to the picnic table at your disposal while enjoying paragliders taking off from Plaine Joux station. In this haven of peace, you can leisurely go to practice sports or 'bubbling' at the corner of the tree. Ideal for a first honeymoon and why not surprise gift to the partner or companion to a proper cost to the Haute-Savoie. Passy and small chalet Fiz awaits you, and the place is worth to go there, if only to admire the Mont Blanc from the lake, located 3 km (bicycle and pedestrian pathway to access) while paddling in water or feet in the sand. So quickly do your suitcase!


Passy certainly less famous than a city known internationally as Chamonix and we are 20m ,. Yet we have a nature reserve popular with botanists, specialists gyapète bearded and walkers in the middle of the desert lapiaz Platé. The advantage of staying in this area for your holidays is that you are much less eccentric and so you can easily get in the Chamonix valley to visit but also in the various stations in the area, we are very well placed for sightseeing. Moreover, the cost of rental will be less and you will keep a budget for sports or tasting the famous fondue.

A peine moyen

Pour des personnes de plus de 70 ans, impossible de dormir sur un canapé au matelas trop fin, et de replier ledit canapé tous les soirs. Du coup plus de place dans le chalet et acrobaties pour accéder au "lit". Le reste va.

Un petit chalet dans lequel rien ne manque. La pièce à vivre est bien conçue et le fait que le couchage soit une convertible n'est pas un problème , le dispositif se replie très rapidement avec draps et couvertures. coté accueil très sympathiques et à l'écoute de leur clientèle. La grande surface à 2 minutes à pied est pratique. Un séjour à renouveler, a conseiller , coin tranquille .

Très bon accueil et bons conseils des propriétaires pour visites. Endroit magnifique, belle vue sur Montagnes, chalet propre et bien agencé. Terrasse avec table pour petit déjeuner au soleil. Très bien situé (grande surface à proximité, magasin bio...). Lac à côté (baignade, parcours santé...). Très belles randos. Megève, Chamonix et St Gervais les bains à côté en voiture. Un tout petit chalet dans lequel rien ne manque. L'unique pièce à vivre est bien conçue et le fait que le couchage soit une convertible n'est pas un problème dans la mesure où le dispositif se replie très rapidement avec draps et couvertures. coté accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute de leur clientèle. La grande surface à 2 minutes à pied est très pratique tout comme le lac à 5 minutes en voiture. Le fait d'être à 20 minutes de Chamonix est un bon plan compte tenu des difficultés de parking là-bas. nous avons fait le trajet plusieurs fois pour les excusions et ce n'est pas gênant du tout. un séjour à renouveler.

Location très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en août 2012 dans cette location. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très sympathique. Ce petit chalet est très accueillant, confortable, propre et aménagé de façon très fonctionnelle. Il est situé au coeur d'une région magnifique ce qui nous a permis de faire de très belles promenades avec une excellente météo. Nous le conseillons vivement.

Chalet douillet pour 2 !!

Sympathique et douillet chalet !! très bien aménagé, et jolie décoration intérieure, avec une petite terrasse très ensoleillée de bon matin, (agréable pour le petit dejeuner) avec vue sur la montagne. Situé au pied de la chaîne des Fiz, et à une vingtaine de kms de Chamonix, il est bien placé pour les randos; Le lac de Passy, à 3 kms environ, est agréable aussi pour les baignades. On a vraiment passé une bonne semaine sous un soleil radieux en plus!!! de vraies bonnes vacances!! Régine et Maurice
