Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, this ground-floor unit offers easy access, a private patio, and a central Gulf Shores location—perfect for families or small groups looking for relaxation and convenience.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a private bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Additional guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen boasts new granite countertops, a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. Tile flows throughout the main living areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. The unit also includes 3 TVs, a DVD player, cable, and internet access.
Colony Club amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and a lighted tennis court. Wristbands for pool access must be left in the unit upon departure, with a $25 fee for any missing wristbands. Free Wi-Fi is included. Parking passes must be purchased from the clubhouse upon arrival.
