Haus in ruhiger Lage

Der Aufenthalt war weitestgehend angenehm und soweit alles in Ordnung. Wir waren mit 10 Personen vor Ort und konnten von der Unterkunft aus viel unternehmen. Schöne Strände waren in der Nähe und zu den Gumpen war es es auch nur ca 35 min..Was uns etwas gestört hat war der Geruch im Keller des Hauses. Dieser kam durch einen Wasserschaden im Keller. Das W-LAN hat auch erst ab dem 4. Tag funktioniert.Ansonsten war aber alles soweit in Ordnung. Um das Haus herum sieht es etwas wild Haus. Leider fehlt hier ein gepflastertes Grundstück, weshalb der Sand immer wieder auf der Terasse landet oder in den Pool getragen wird.Das Sonnensegel war auch nicht mehr da, deshalb mussten wir mit Schirmen improvisieren.

Maison très agréable

Nous étions en famille et avec des amis.La maison est conforme a la description, et est bien équipée . La piscine et la vue sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons !

Esperienza stupenda

La casa è moderna, funzionale e accogliente. Vista stupenda su verde montagna e mare. Silenzio e calma ideali per rilassarsi. Due belle spiagge a 5 minuti di auto e vicina alle più belle spiagge del Sud della Corsica, meno di un'ora da Bonifiacio. Ottima accoglienza. Esperienza da consigliare e da ripetere!

Two families in July 2022

We, two families from Norway (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 5 to 14 years old), rented this house in July 2022. The house is quite new, modern and nice. However, our primary reason for renting this particular house was that it was only 400 meters walking distance to the beach (clearly stated in the advert on vrbo.com). It was quite disappointing to find out that the closest beach was a beach for naturists only… All in all, we had a nice stay, but it’s worth noting that we think this house has a few areas for improvement (which shouldn’t be too hard for the owner to fix), namely: • There is a certain problem with ants, both outside and inside. • There is hardly any shadow at the property at lunch time (the pictures in the advert show sun sails which are now dismantled). • There are no towels for the sunbeds. • The property mainly consists of sand, gravel and dirt (no real garden). If windy, sand will fly all over the outdoor tiles and into the pool. • Some of the bathrooms lack coat hooks for towels etc.

Vacances en famille réussie dans cette villa vue mer

Pas de surprise, tout était conforme à l'annonce. Nous étions 10 et tout le monde a apprécié les chambres et sdb et la Clim. Par contre il nous a manqué un parasol sur la terrasse et un parasol de plage. Aménagement à envisager pour les futurs locataires. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Petit point noir de la location: le parking difficile de manœuvrer avec 3 voitures. nous avons apprécié la disponibilité, l efficacité et la gentillesse de Carine qui nous a accueillis et restait joignable durant notre séjour. Les plages sont à 5 et 10 minutes en voiture.

Une très belle maison

Pas de surprise, tout était conforme à l’annonce. Nous étions 10 et tout le monde a apprécié les chambres et sdb associées ainsi que l’espace intérieur commun et le calme des extérieurs. Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir bénéficier de l ombre d un parasol ou des toiles tendues à certains moments de la journée, aménagement à envisager peut être pour l été prochain...Nous avons juste eu une petite déception à l arrivée côté piscine, l eau ayant tourné avec la chaleur, nous avons du attendre 24 h pour en bénéficier. Mais nous avons apprécié la disponibilité, l efficacité et la gentillesse de Carine qui nous a accueillis et restait joignable durant notre séjour. Les plages sont à 5 minutes en voiture.
