About this property

Refined, yet comfortable, remodeled ground level condo with granite countertops, new appliances, natural stone wood fireplace, recessed lighting and designer bear motif log furniture. Beautiful mountain views, two trout ponds and a creek surround this home. Additional windows in the dining room and bedroom make this end-unit brighter and sunnier than other rental units. Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in the bedroom, children's bunk beds and a queen sofa bed. Other amenities include two flat screen HD TVs (60' & 52'), Blu ray and DVD players, breakfast bar, nearby jacuzzi/sauna and shuttle bus service for skiing/snowboarding or in-town sight seeing. Athletic center and two golf courses are available for additional fees.

Our location is well known for its natural beauty which includes the John Muir Trail, Ansel Adams Wilderness, Devil's Postpile National Monument, Yosemite National Park, Mount Whitney and Mono Lake.

This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. A 50% deposit is required with reservation, balance due no later than 45 days prior to arrival, $300 refundable security deposit, $95 cleaning fee.

Great stay for a weekend

Really enjoyed the place for the weekend, big bonus, the bed was also comfortable which we’ve found is rare in bnbs.. one thing that’s beyond the owners control was noisy neighbors above us late into the night and early in the morning. Each footstep was really loud, and you could hear conversation happening upstairs.

we had a nice stay at this efficient condo with a fantastic view from the deck. great value and comfy king bed for an all around great place in a quiet setting.

Great spot

We've had the pleasure of staying in this condo on multiple occasions, and each visit has been thoroughly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the space is impeccable, and it features a new, cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with large TVs and Roku, which is a plus. We left something at the condo and the owner Sarah has been helpful, kind, and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!
