Beautiful home on 2.6 acres near the heart of Evans. Entertaining in great room with 27 ft high ceiling and 70 inch smart television. Home has 2 stone fireplaces with inserts, recreation area with pool table, 65 inch flat smart television and RecTec pellet grill. Enjoy the large deck and screened in porch overlooking the in-ground pool and beautiful wooded acreage in backyard. 3 king beds, 3 queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Beautiful custom built farm table that seats 15 people and custom built breakfast farm table that seats 7 people allowing spacious seating for entertainment. Outdoor security monitoring system in place for the safety of our home and our guests.
