Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

We stayed for 5 days at Tom’s amazing place! Super close to silverwood, restaurants, CDA, and plenty of fun. Very clean, friendly host, and a beautiful spot just out side of the hustle and bustle of town.

Lovely quiet setting. Friendly, accommodating hosts. The only thing the host might consider is changing out the couch for a couple of recliners. Just our preference if spending much time watching TV.

Great Location and Hosts

My family really enjoyed our stay, convenient location to Silverwood and the Coeur d'Alene area. The apartment was perfect and Tom was a great host, and we look forward to returning next summer.

Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Stay & Fabulous Host!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in this perfect place for two. The host Tom could not have been kinder and more helpful, and the property itself was clean, well-appointed and packed with everything we needed. I can not recommend this property more!

A perfect place to stay

This was the perfect place for us. It was clean, cozy, and Tom was such a sweet guy! If you are planning to stay here and don't want to go out to eat, the kitchen is fully stocked. For two people, this is the perfect place! I just wish we could've stayed longer!

My favorite rental yet!

We absolutely loved staying at this cute and very comfortable apartment. Tom was such a great host and he always made sure we were taken care of. We felt comfortable and right at home. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was by far one of my favorites!!

A Superb Mom and Daughter Weekend

I stayed at this beautiful property with my daughter for a weekend of reading, movies and memories. The property is quiet, warm and wonderful. Everything feels brand new and there are so many amenities - blankets galore, a stocked kitchenette, movies and more. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

Loved everything about this place. The towels and the throw blanket were so comfy! I could have stayed inside wrapped in that blanket all weekend. Loved that Tom made sure we had snacks!! Thank you Tom and Joann!

Wedding

In town for a wedding and communication with Tom was excellent both before and during our stay. He kept me updated on the status of my options for arrival day. During the stay he quickly resolved a couple of minor things. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the neighborhood.

I loved this little Airbnb!!! It was so clean, and exactly like the photos. It’s away from the city but close to so many lakes. Communication with the owner was super easy, very responsive and very kind. We loved it. Very peaceful.

Great location

My son and I enjoyed our stay in the CDA area so much! The VRBO location was perfect for spending a day in Silverwood, swimming at Hayden lake, and exploring the streets of Coeur d’Alene. The view of the mountains at sunset was breathtaking. Although this location is attached to the owners home, you have a sense of solitude to enjoy your stay. Great location! We will be back next summer. 🌸

Tom was an excellent host and provided us with anything we needed or asked for.

Cozy unit and well maintained in a quiet area outside of town. Well stocked with everything expected or needed to stay for a few days. Tom and his wife were gracious as hosts and the communication was excellent! Tom even swept the snow off of my vehicle from the previous nights snowfall. Will definitely keep this place in mind for another stay!

We are located outside the little town of Rathdrum in a neighborhood of 5 acre lots with custom homes. nice views and quiet, even though we are rural our streets are paved. Rathdrum has all kinds of restraunts that are open. grocery, gas, a quick care and all sorts of other businesses

What makes this property unique

Separate entrances to the suite, parking right out side the door. Private, nice walking streets un a vary safe neighborhood.
