10ALJOF25 - Le Barcarès - Allée Joffre - Villa type T6 with parking space (possibility to park 2 vehicles in the driveway) - air conditioning
Located in the Village 500 m from the beach equipped for 10 people.

Located near the beach, the villa consists of a direct entrance into living room/ living room, independent kitchen hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher, overlooking the dining room with TV area and veranda, dining area.
You will have at your disposal an annex, corner with laundry, a shower sink and toilet.
on the ground floor: A bedroom with a bed 140 cm + storage, a second bedroom with two lilies 90 cm and a bedroom with a bed 160 cm + storage.
Bathroom with bath and sink, separate toilet.
Upstairs a bedroom three beds 90 cm + storage, a bedroom with a bed 160 cm + storage, a bathroom with sink + separate toilet.

Additional optional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and collect it at the keys.

Séjour agréable

Maison très bien équipée, propre, confortable, bien placée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Un petit bémol pour le chauffe eau qui ne nous permettait pas d'avoir assez d'eau chaude pour toutes les douches le matin, nous étions nombreux, rien de grave ! Deux salles d'eau auraient besoin d'être rénovées sinon tout allait bien.
