Junior King suite on main (second) floor with large bathroom, walk-in closet and tub off of great room/kitchen.

Master King suite third floor with large walk-in closet, tub, views, gas fireplace and separate loft/office space with desk. Printer/scanner and monitor with VGA & HDMI input available for guest use.

Ground floor bunk room perfect for kids and families has two bunk bed sets (one full sized bunk set and one twin sized bunk set-4 total beds). Full bathroom with double sink and separate toilet/shower room just outside bunk room.

Bedroom/Den with queen sized pull out couch and en suite bathroom. This room also features a 65" TV, Nintendo NES & Sonos. Living room and Bedroom/Den have a significant amount of board and card games for guest use.

Main (second) floor kitchen and great room include natural fireplace with gas starter, 75" TV (Sonos surround sound), designer furniture, dining table for up to 10, gourmet chefs kitchen including bar seating. Recent appliance updates include 36" side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator, 36" Thermador rangetop, Bosch dishwasher double wall oven and Zephyr beverage cooler. The kitchen is stocked with a full set of cooking/baking accessories.

Covered deck off dining area on with Weber Genesis II S-435 Stainless Steel 4 Natural Gas Grill with 1 Side Burner and seating.

Powder room off kitchen/great room on main (second) floor.

Outdoor features extensive landscaping updates completed 2020, patio, fenced outdoor space with new 6 person hot tub

Garage equipped with ping pong table, cooler, 5 inner tubes and a variety of sports equipment (balls, raquets etc.) for guest use.

Amazing summer getaway

We came as a family to escape the Texas heat and enjoyed two weeks here. Property was perfect and close to everything. We walked to dinner most nights and our kids walked to the park daily for pick up soccer games. We really enjoyed the house and hope to return.

Very clean, nicely appointed and has everything you need. Bright inside, very comfortable and roomy. Great location -- can walk to the slopes or downtown, plus the free shuttle stops basically outside the home. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

FABULOUS EVERYTHING

Everything with this property was easy and excellent. So much room to put your gear and spread out to play games in front of the fireplace after being on the mountain for the day. You are 4 minutes from everything here. Heated floors throughout leave you cozy and happy. Kitchen has what you would need for almost anything. Loads of books and games to borrow. The Sonos system is great to tap into. Bring your gear and yourself and that's all you need! Can't wait to return!
