DIRECT OCEAN VIEW BALCONY-New pool!!!!

Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Just an FYI to make sure we meet your expectations.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and support animal documentation from a PHYSICIAN will need to be provided for review.

Our building was built in the 1970's and is not perfect. Everything we are in control of as owners we do 100%, but it is not new construction. Our hope is to keep an oceanfront stay affordable and host guests that appreciate the balcony view, easy beach access, full kitchen and many other amenities. As you can see by our reviews, we have had many happy guests. We hope you will be our next!

Laurie was great to work with. The sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony was the best part of our trip and there was easy access to the beach. We loved it

This property was perfect for my son and I. Very accommodating, great location for shops, food, entertainment. Beautiful pool, ocean view from the balcony. Owner was awesome to communicate with, responded instantly and was willing to out of their way! Recommend this place if anyone is wanting to stay at Daytona beach. Fully stocked with the essentials. Can’t say enough about their kindness.

It was a great property right on the ocean front. The property owners were wonderful and went out of their way to help us and accommodate our needs after the hurricane although their property was flooded. I give this place a 10 out 10!

Wonderful find in superior spot!

This is a very spacious studio with wise use of all areas! Parking is easy, elevator available steps from dooe, perfect spot close to public entrance, and loved watching the sunrise! We loved access to beach towels and chairs. The purified water filter in the fridge was a life saver! I can't say enough about this - from questions to booking was so easy. We will be back!!

Beautiful view and great location

My fiancé and I really enjoyed this adorable condo! The owner thought of everything! Great communication with her and it was spotless! The view from the 7 th floor was incredible! High top table and chairs were a huge plus for the view! Absolutely will stay there again! You won’t be disappointed!

Super clean and well equipped

The condo was well maintained, super clean, and very well equipped with everything that we could need in the kitchen and bath for the weekend. Great view of the beach. The management, and owner were very friendly, and accommodating with our needs. It's close enough to walk to all of the action of main street and the pier, without being too close. Parking garage may be a bit tight for larger trucks in some spaces, but not so much that I couldn't find a spot for my full size F150. Overall, my experience was terrific. I will definitely stay again whenever in town.

A bit deceiving

In the photos, it appears to be much more spacious and appears to be on the first floor, as if it is located directly on the beach. It is kind of tedious to have to worry a ton about keeping the residence Decent When you pay cleaning fee. The elevator to the room and the parking garage doesn’t really feel safe however we didn’t run into any problems. Rules it was kind of hard to relax and enjoy the day when there was such a big list of rules that applied that we had to keep in mind and follow. For example One of the rules was to take out the trash and I was a bit tough for me considering that I’m disabled. Overall not horrible but definitely needs room for improvement for the price. If you plan on having fun at the beach and getting Sandy and not wanting to worry about trash, I would pay the extra 50 bucks and stay at a hotel.

oh my !!!

Took a bit to get thare from air port by taxi with police blocking of roads cuz of something going on at hard rock. entered the door and ... its like the pics.every thing you need and then some. godda gosh darn 9" cake pan. asked wife to make me a kake. dint go over well. loved , absolulty loved set sun rieses.. we had 2 large suit cases and carry ons. worked out fine. 4 people wood be a bit tight.nice having a vacant spot next door to have full sun all day. wifi fine, waterpressure has miner issue, you can deal with ih, just mess mess with the shower knob. tv works just fine. place is great. rent it. had one minor issue and .....luire''''larra''''OWNER, fixed it that day. walked north to board walk. bout a mile.nice place.joe's crab shack,i give it a 4 for lunch menu.. go north to riptides , get GOOD food there. the walgreen is gone and kinks pizza is very good. taxi... use yellow. godda go yo flee market. they go every think at good prices, onely open thruedey- friday. renent or have a car that day cuz its 40 bucks one way.. think i saw a roll of duck tape in a cubberd, telling you..the room is 'set up'.bed fine, actually it was just a lil bit fermer than i use to. some stole the toaster'. can you believe that!!!! when i was at flee market, looked fer one, no lucked. who would take a toaster friom a rental? un believable@!! stayhere/ goold choice

Awesome view!

Check in is super easy. The kitchen was really nice with plenty of counter space. Loved the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Condo was very clean. Bathroom was nice. Laurie is absolutely amazing! Very fast response time to messages. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is more about me. My friend and I are senior ladies and both have physical issues which made the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa too heavy for us. But it’s an all around great place to stay. Sending many thanks to Laurie for having patience with me!

My cousin has lived in Daytona for over 20 years and I live in Colorado. I found that I was visiting so often that a condo on the beach was an obvious choice. There is so much to do in Daytona! We feel very lucky to have our condo on the beach and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!
