Une location idĂ©alement placĂ©e pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon. SituĂ©e au calme. Une maison agencĂ©e avec trĂšs bon goĂ»t, trĂšs pratique, impeccablement tenue. On a envie d'y vivre. Des propriĂ©taires trĂšs attentifs aux locataires. On a mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© accueillis avec les dĂ©corations de NoĂ«l ! Vraiment super! On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

This house is amazing! They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. The gite is very well fenced if you bring a dog and is great for dog walks very close to the gite. The village is lovely, an Aldi very near. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet area. We will return next year. Thank you very much!

Super location, idéale si vous avez un chien. A 20m de la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du bassin et à 300m d'un loueur de vélo. Décoration sympathique, bien équipée, nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Séjour vélo sur le bassin d'Arcachon

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de la maison, au pied de la piste cyclable, dans un environnement trÚs calme. Le jardin paysagé est trÚs agréable, l'intérieur de la maison est bien aménagé.

Petite maison d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, merveilleusement dĂ©corĂ©e et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Petit jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able et parfaitement agencĂ©. Tout est trĂšs mignon dans ce dĂ©cor. C’est l’endroit idĂ©al pour visiter la rĂ©gion. La maison est Ă  deux pas de toutes les commoditĂ©s, ce qui ne gĂąche rien ! Nous ne connaissions pas ce coin, mais quelle belle dĂ©couverte ! Bonjour, Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 2 semaines dans cette formidable location. L’équipement, l’ameublement et la dĂ©coration sont de trĂšs bon goĂ»t. L’emplacement, la tranquillitĂ©, l’extĂ©rieur sont au top. Avec ces tempĂ©ratures, la climatisation Ă©tait la cerise sur le gĂąteau. L’accueil d’Amandine qui a pris le soin et le temps de nous prĂ©senter la maison et les activitĂ©s autour du bassin et plus, ainsi que le contact avec Samuel le jour du dĂ©part, ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Un trÚs bon séjour !.. dans une maison parfaitement décorée !..il ne manquait rien . Amandine et Samuel sont super gentil ! Maison à louer sans crainte avec une propreté exemplaire !

Accueil de la propriĂ©taire au top. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ© entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret. De plus elle est Ă  proximitĂ© de la piste cyclable et de la forĂȘt pour des balades en toute quiĂ©tude. La maison est dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et il ne manque rien. Je la recommande.

Jolie maison dans une belle région

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cette maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e. TrĂšs bonne communication avant notre arrivĂ©e avec l'hĂŽte qui nous a laissĂ© un vĂ©lo et un BBQ non mentionnĂ©s dans l'annonce. TrĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. La rĂ©gion est trĂšs agrĂ©able , il y a de quoi faire des courses Ă  proximitĂ©, ainsi que des balades Ă  pied dans le centre d'Audenge. Quelques petits points Ă  signaler cependant. Une Ă©norme maison est en construction juste derriere le gĂźte. Certes les travaux ont Ă©tĂ© stoppĂ©s pendant notre sĂ©jour pour ne pas nous gĂȘner et nous n'avons pas eu de vis Ă  vis mais quand cette maison sera terminĂ©e et habitĂ©e, je ne vois pas comment les futurs locataires pourront passer un moment tranquille sur la terrasse. Les voisins pourront aussi se rĂ©galer en plongeant le regard par la fenĂȘtre de la salle de bains et celle des toilettes... Vu la taille du terrain, il aurait peut ĂȘtre fallu dĂ©caler de plusieurs metres la nouvelle maison pour laisser de l'espace aux 2 maisons.

Comme Ă  la maison

Des propriétaires trÚs charmants et accueillants. Une maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût dans un quartier calme et agréable. TrÚs proche du centre et du port d'Audenge. La piste cyclable passe à cÎté de la maison! DÚs notre arrivée, on se sent comme à la maison. Amandine a pris du temps pour nous expliquer les choses à faire dans la région, nous donner les bons plans. Elle est trÚs à l'écoute des locataires et toujours disponible. Une location à réserver les yeux fermés dans une région magnifique.
