Charming comfortable cottage for 8 people near the beaches and the center city.
La Bastide "Le Petit Clos" is a Catalan farmhouse from the XIXth century, made up of three gites completely re-equipped in 2020. Located in a quiet and residential area of Perpignan, we are close to the beaches and the mountains.
The Paulilles gîte, with a capacity of 8 people, is composed of a living room with an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with twin beds that can be combined for king size beds, a bathroom and a shower room. , 3 separate WCs. The tenants benefit from a private terrace with barbecue overlooking the Mediterranean garden and the shared swimming pool.
Appliances include: washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, hotplates (4 rings), microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer ...
Close to the city center of Perpignan, you can easily enjoy cultural activities (Rigaud Museum, International Photojournalism Center ...), the beautiful beaches and coves of the Vermeille coast (Le Racou, Paulilles, Bernardi), or beautiful walks in Mountain.
With a rich nature, the region offers a multitude of activities to satisfy your desires, hiking and horseback riding, wine routes, golf, relaxation and more.
The cleaning is done by an external company which respects the government safety instructions concerning the Covid-19, the household linen is entrusted to a laundry.
