Procédure d'inscription un peu compliquée, mais faisable. L'appartement est bien situé, la surface est correcte, mais l'annonce pour 6 personnes est optimiste. Vu la surface, le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule salle de bain, pour 4 personnes serait bien. Le point négatif est la salle de bain, pas de douche, robinetterie ancienne et détériorée, miroir grotesque par ses dimensions, globalement à revoir entièrement. Lorsque ces travaux seront effectués et le nombre de personnes réduit, cet appartement sera très convenable.
