Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S, hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S, Crown Reef at 29th Ave S. featuring a year-round waterpark, as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.

Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

Awesome getaway!!

The check in process could be better. It took way to long, for a stay that was paid for in advance. The condo was spacious and exactly what I needed. Beach access was great, 3 minute walk. Housekeeping was great . Towels or tissue was not an issue. Tons of places to eat, both cheap and expensive.

The neighborhood was more run down than we expected. You do have to walk down the street and cross to get to the beach. The toilet seats were uneven and didn’t fit the toilet well and hard to sit on. Overall this was a decent place to stay. It was clean and we had good room service.

Enjoyed the amenities

We had a group of 7, mostly teens. The amenities at the other resorts were nice. We could walk across the street to Landmark. The neighborhood isn't ideal. I wasn't comfortable with the teens going around without an adult or each other. Beautiful beach views. The condo was clean but the rooms aren't very soundproof. I would recommend for a smaller group as the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and we had to rotate everyone so no one had to be in that bed too long. It was nice to have linens and towels. Would absolutely book again.

Moldy smell

My family and I travel to Myrtle Beach yearly for our family vacations. We decided to try a rental property this year. Pros: we had access to the Landmark Resort amenities, access to waterpark, spacious for family of 9, fresh towels and wash clothes daily Cons: poor location, drug addicts and dealers linger around the area (witnessed an addict use), Moldy smell, bathroom looked dingy (needs to be updated or painted), not very clean Overall the building is nice, just in a bad location. The individual apartments can use a touch up. The condo was spacious. It did have a moldy smell upon entering.

Clean... but calling it 3 bedrooms is a stretch.....

Can you really call it a third bedroom if there's no door? The 'bedroom' to the left as you enter the unit is just a double archway into a room with a bed and a built in bookcase and garment bar as a closet. The archway opens directly into the kitchen, almost like it's a dining area or formal living room. Our children were in there with no door, which made putting them to bed early or letting them sleep later impossible. The place was very clean, and we only saw roaches on the outside walkways and in the lobby. It's obviously a landlord's special: the doors on the bathroom vanity are screwed shut, and the shower head emerges from a jagged hole in the sheetrock above the fiberglass insert. Toilets are wobbly and one of the closet rods fell out of the brackets when touched. The beds were comfortable and the linens were new and clean. TVs were large. Wifi was reliable and easy to use. Key code access doorknobs were convenient. Location is ideally situated near entertainment, Walmart, and shops, with a good balcony view of the ocean and beach. Amenities offered as part of the rental are nice, and we just had to hop in our car and drive a short distance to use them.

A Very Good Rental For Location

Absolutely loved the huge screen tv's in ALL the bedrooms and the living room area. The open Floorplan allowed for us to have a more enjoyable experience . Although I don't know why they would have a studio style bedroom without a door was a bit of a disappointment, it's nothing a curtain rod and curtains could not fix. Our unit did not have a washer or dryer nor a ironing board and iron which would have been nice to know but once again the property is near everything and nothing a quick trip to Wal Mart or Big Lots could not fix. Only problem we really had was getting in touch with someone for fresh towels and trash bags and we did see a few roaches in the breezeway and wondering outside of some units doors as well as ours BUT never saw any in our unit.....whew!!! Other than that, I would definitely stay again.
