We were very pleased with our experience the staff at Landmark started our vacation with a friendly welcome and always a quick response if needed the property was as shown in photos and very clean I would definitely book again it’s downtown so be aware you will see an eclectic mix of people but not issues

Not a place for children

The host does communicate well and respond quickly. They do not do a good job with cleaning the rental. The condo itself isn’t awful but if you have children it’s not the ideal place I would assume they have had multiple complaints about the issues going on across the street that your children will walk past to get to the ocean/pool. We actually checked out halfway thru the stay and paid to stay elsewhere no apology or partial refund but we didn’t feel safe having our kids there

Our stay was comfortable for the most part, however there are a few things that needed attention prior to our stay.1. The kitchen faucet was unstable. It moved and it was difficult turning it on and off.2. There was an ice bucket but the only way to get ice was to use ice trays.3. The shower door in the master bathroom would not stay close without pushing it several times.3. The shower handle in the master bathroom that is used to turn the water on and off was not secure.4.No plungers in the bathroom 5. No paper towels 6. No ventilation or air circulation near the elevators

We asked for housekeeping to come back and bring more towels and also mop the floor because it was still sandy. There was no washer and dryer.Overall, it was excellent experience and we would come back again
