Thank you so much Michelle for choosing to stay with us. We do appreciate feedback and reivews and it helps us to improve things along the way, however accuracy of feedback such as deterring other guest with pets would've been appreciated. We promptly had the entire backyard checked for the large hole which was never discovered, not did you notify us or show pictures. We understand you're upset that we do charge a Pet Fee, and this was disclosed to you prior to booking (and is disclose on our listing) to which you proceeded to book anyway additional we even made an exception for pet. We're glad to see that overall your stay was pleasure would just appreciate accuracy for other guests to consider. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your review Kim! It was our pleasure hosting you. It would have been appreciative if you offered some insights to your review as, within about 15minutes of you mentioning the mosquitoes we offered to send our pest control to address the issue which was likely to heavy rain we had just experienced a week before. When we mentioned we were working on it, you mentioned Twice for us not to worry about it as you weren't using the backyard. Regarding the 30minute power outage, was due to a car hitting a light post a detail which you informed us about. I'm not sure what more we could've done as you assured us there was nothing you wanted us to address despite our efforts.
