About this property

Flat of 40m ² of type T2 composed of a fully equipped American kitchen, giving on a room to be lived spacious, and an exposed terrace SW. A bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

Equipment: Complete household appliances (oven, induction hob, coffee machine, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.), 2 flat screen TV, home cinema, private Internet, Netflix, ...
Bedding: 1 double room 160cm, 1 sofa bed 140cm double bed located in the living room (very comfortable).

Services included: unlimited access to the fitness room, the Nordic pool (breathtaking views of Mont Blanc), jacuzzi and sauna. Linen and cleaning provided. You will have access to our personal internet line, a home theater system, Netflix and a Playstation 3 (games and controllers not included). Ski-storage and ski-out access. Daily animations in resort.

Additional services (to be paid directly to the operators): "Deep Nature" SPA (reservation required), covered parking (obligatory), Kids club, Excursions and experiences with the Evo2 ski school, etc.

You will have access to all housing, but also the services of the residence (unrestricted access to the gym, Nordic pool, jacuzzi and sauna. SPA surcharge and upon reservation. Ski locker and direct access to the slopes)

We can lend you assistance throughout your stay, but you can also refer to the reception of the residence.

Le Village Arc 1950 is dedicated to lovers of skiing and families. Many activities are proposed to satisfy visitors and each week is dedicated to a specific theme.

Arc 1950 is a small hamlet in authentic Savoyard style. A village concept and luxurious single family resort in Europe.

The Arc 1950 resort is completely pedestrianized and 100% "skis".
It is possible to go there by private car (obligatory underground carpark, in supplement) or by public transport via shuttles connecting Bourg Saint Maurice and the various villages of Les Arcs.

Excellent séjour, appartement très confortable

Nous y avons séjourné fin juin. La station de ski est très jolie, grâce à son style homogène, rustique et récent et est sans voitures. Tous les toits sont en pierres naturelles. Tout y est propre. Rien à redire sur l'appartement qui est très bien équipé et parfait à tous niveaux. Attention aux allergiques il y a du tapis plein dans l'appartement (salon/sàm et chambre) type chambre d'hôtel 4*. L'appartement est au 1er étage et la terrasse donne directement sur la partie centrale de la station (mais décentré par rapport aux commerces et restaurants), ce qui permet d'être proche de l'animation de la station. Propriétaires sympathiques et efficaces dans l'organisation. Il y a une réception ce qui est pratique pour les clés. Le ménage de fin de séjour était inclus, très appréciables également. Une adresse à recommander !

Why they chose this property

Like so many people before us, we felt in love with the tiny Village of Arc 1950 and the cosy 5* Residence "Manoir Savoie" at first sight.
The pedestrian Village, 100% ski-in ski-out, is "one of a kind" : coiled to the hollow of the mountains, at more than 2000m of altitude, presenting a general design perfectly integrated and respectful of the environment, located front of the Mont Blanc, the Village is stiffed with high quality infrastructures and services.
Everything is easily accessible : ski lockers, slopes, shopping... The Village is also very reassuring, wich is unvaluable for young skiers (and parents, of course :) ).
Without omitting the daily entertainments, each weak is themed...
In a word, everything is designed to improve your comfort and to give you plenty moments to remember :)
