Cozy Cabin on Ranch by Lake Ray Roberts!

It’s unfortunate that this review is the first time I’m hearing that you were dissatisfied with your stay or that you chose to leave early. Aside from your message that evening asking how to turn off the exterior light, no other concerns were communicated to me. Had I known you were unhappy or considering leaving, I would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns and make things right during your stay. I’m confused by the comments regarding the lack of tables and lamps, as there are both tables and lamps in the living room, and each bedroom has a nightstand and lamp as well. The exterior light is an automated motion-sensor security light, so disabling it would have required dismantling or removing it, which unfortunately wasn’t something that could be done at 10 PM. Motion-sensor exterior lights are very common. The bulb itself is a standard outdoor bulb, but because the cabin is located on a ranch with virtually no surrounding city light, I can understand why it may have appeared particularly bright against the darkness. I’m sorry that you ultimately chose to leave early. I only wish that had been communicated to me at the time so I could have been given the opportunity to help.
