On a very quiet one-way street. 15 minutes walk from the center. 5 minutes from a tram station (Tram A which passes through the city center and goes on the quays). With a large garden (200 m2) and a swimming pool. 2 large terraces (including 1 terrace in the shade of the house). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everything you need for a great holiday (calm, swimming pool, trampoline, table football, professional elliptical trainer ...). Air conditioner.
All this in the magnificent setting of Bordeaux, a city listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. Close to the famous vineyards and the Arcachon basin.
