Panoramic sea view, Studio Tortola Mont Vernon on Orient Beach
Nice unit in the (ex) Hotel Mont Vernon, Tortola building panoramic beach and sea view, on the French side of St Marteen, French West Indies, on Orient Beach, known to be one of the famous beach in the Caribbean, with very clear water, of white sand, restaurants and bars. Swimming pool on renovation and some other places in the resort under repair since hurricane Irma, 24/24 hour security.
At night Grand Case, 'la capitale gastronomique des Antilles' and Orient Bay Village are lively. There are also a good night life and Casinos in Maho and Simpson bay, in Dutch side, at around 10 miles.
The unit is well furnished and equipped, 55" Samsung 4K TV, Canal Sat 4K, washing machine etc... Linen is provided..

I was born in Paris in 1963 and live in Guadeloupe since 1985 (250 miles South from Saint-Martin), I was skipper on charter sailing owners’ boats in the Caribbean for ten years. Now I do some real estate business in Guadeloupe and St-Martin.

Why they chose this property
St-Marteen, the Friendly island, is always very fun, lively and multi cultural. However in Mount Vernon it's always very quiet and secured. The unit is big and very close from the sea. A place where it's really possible to decompressed and a good value.
What makes this property unique
Orient beach has one of clearest water I know, even when there are some small waves or wind. The coral sand is also very white, and the resort is located first line one the beach. Pinel island is very close also ideal when it's too windy in orient bay.
