Das Apartment war super Klasse und die Besitzerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super sauber. Die Küche ist Top man hat alles was man benötigt und auch hier ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß, es gibt Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kühlt die gesamte Wohnung angenehm runter. Betten sind super. Die Wohnung ist allgemein sehr gut Ausgestattet mit allem was man so im Alltag benötigt. Der Balkon ist super mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick über Saint Raphael. Die gesamte Anlange ist ebenfalls in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Treppenhaus wird regelmäßig gewischt. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.Vom Haus aus geht man zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Besitzerin hat und bei der Ankunft schon erwartet und alles sehr nett und freundlich erklärt. Französisch sprechen ist von Vorteil. Auch Schlüsselabgabe hat alles perfekt und reibungslos geklappt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder genauso machen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu viert 16 Tage in Saint-Raphaël und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und super gelegen. Zum Strand sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir wollten ungern nach hause fahren, gern wären wir noch geblieben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Appartement neuf, très bien équipé et confortable.

Deuxième séjour à St Raphaël réussi grâce à cette location située à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et à 15minutrs de la plage. Dans une résidence calme et proche des commerces.

Très bel appartement Très bien équipé et idéalement placé

La propriétaire a été très accueillante Et soucieuse de notre bien-être. L’appartement est très bien placé à 300 mètres des commerces et à 800 mètres du port et de la plage de St Raphaël. Nous avons tout fait à pieds à l’exception des Magnifiques calanques Situées pas très loin de St Raphaël et au retour il était très agréable de pouvoir se garer sur la place de parking de cette belle résidence. (Espaces verts très bien entretenus). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Jeanne, très bien équipé avec une bonne literie et une très belle cuisine Une superbe salle de bain et une belle terrasse. Si nous revenons à St Raphaël nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.
