Lovely, airy flat, felt like home

This is a well-located flat with excellent view across the valley, sleeps 4 with loads of space, 6 using the lounge sofa bed. 50m from the shuttle bus into town but only 100m from Villages chair and this "Villages" area high up in Deux Alpes has everything you need, ski hire, restaurants and a small supermarket with early boulangerie options! This flat is homely and well-cared for, you can tell the owners love it and come regularly.

Lots of issues but decent stay overall.

The check-in process was a nightmare. The concierge closed the shop during hours when they were supposed to be open. When I called them, a lady came 5 mins later and opened the shop to help us check-in. The keys were broken, there was no toilet paper, there were no towels, there were no sheets, and enough blankets to only sleep 2 when it says it can sleep up to 6 (we only had 3). The place and area were nice, but the difficulties of the stay tainted the experience without a doubt.

Hello. I'm sorry that you didn't find the services offered up to your expectations. I would like to remind you that household linen is not provided, as I indicated to you in advance so that you can better organize your stay. The duvets are located in the drawers under the bunk bed, there are 4 (2 single, 2 double) to satisfy all tenants. For the next time, do not hesitate to contact me if you have this kind of question, I would be happy to inform you, as I did, very quickly, on other subjects. On the other hand, we found our accommodation dirty, full of garbage, the dishes not put away, the fridge not emptied. Overall, the conditions of the contract were not respected. Good luck. Appartement aménagé avec goût et soin. Très belle vue du balcon. Bon relationnel avec les propriétaires. Deux petits bémols, les remontees d odeurs nauséabonds dans la salle de bain.et l emplacement éloigné du centre de la station. Globalement retour positif sur la prestation.

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce , la deco est actuelle et la propreté est irréprochable… Un volet sur le balcon est carrément un plus à celui ci tant pour la chaleur que pour la luminosité !! Je recommande fortement 👍🏽
