Your slice of paradise has a three month minimum stay, it's plenty of time to unwind and enjoy the good life!! This second floor 925 sq ft immaculately clean and tastefully decorated unit is in a secure resident access only building serviced by 2 elevators. This is beachy paradise waiting for you. Your 2 Bed 2 full Bath condo is fully furnished with everything you need; all you need is your swimsuit, flip-flops, toothbrush and a smile. One bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower, and the master in suite bath has a shower tub combination. The lanai, living room, and both bedrooms overlook one of the two pools and Intracoastal waterway. Watch the boats slowly cruise the no wake zone from your private lanai, both bedrooms and main living space. It's hard not to have a view of the water in this condo. The master bedroom has a new (1/2021) king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed. The kitchen has a fridge with icemaker, microwave, electric stove/oven, dishwasher and double stainless sink. Two sets of coin-operated washing machines and dryers are on each of the 7 floors.
The Indian Rocks Beach area is full of beach access areas, dining and bar options for your entertainment. The community club house is only a few steps right next to this condo. It features tennis courts, a full workout room, pool tables, air hockey, library, game room and every amenity you can imagine! Multiple gas and charcoal grills are fully stocked and ready for your BBQ feast. A boat launch ramp and dock is ready for your boat as well! This is a 55 yr old and over community that loves its quiet laidback lifestyle. The entire property is meticulously maintained with security entrance. If you want an amazing day at the best beaches in the world, they are a few minutes' drive to the Gulf beaches! This is kicking back and relaxing at its best! Mix up a cold beverage and start enjoying the good life!

This is a non-smoking and no pet condo unit. All potential guests must complete a manditory property management company background check. The safety of the residents at Imperial Point is taken very seriously. Guests will not be granted access to Imperial Point without a positive background check and a sighned lease agreement. Life in Paradise

We had the best time. It felt as if we had an extended stay at a resort. There were daily activities scheduled, social gatherings at the pool and quiet times at the condo. We had the best view from the balcony/lanai relaxing as we sipped a cool beverage. We had a couple of visits from our family with grandkids. They enjoyed the heated pool as much as the beach,just 5 minutes away. The restaurants and bars are plentiful and all casual dining. There is plenty to do in this area. Brian and Lisa were extremely attentive in every way. This is a prize winner. Really a nice place to stay and we would 100% recommend.

Great Stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo is beautiful and located in a perfect area to get to everywhere you want to go. This was our first time renting a condo with a view of the water which was perfect, we saw dolphins and even a manatee. Lisa and Brian were great hosts, they would check in with us on a regular basis to see if there was anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again since we had such a great stay. Thank you both!

Wonderful Location

The owners were great. Only two easy issues and the owners were on top of everything. Very friendly and accommodating. The location was wonderful. A great view from the Patio of the intercostal water.

Inter coastal hidden gem

The location of this property is perfect! Close to beaches, shopping and parks. The owners were extremely welcoming and very easy to work with. The condo is in great condition and very clean. It was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long stay. The residents of this building were very friendly and we made some friends during our stay. And watching dolphins every day from the lanai never gets old! We would highly recommend this property. If it were not for the fact we purchased our own condo, we would definitely be staying here every winter. Thank you for the great accommodations!
