Awesome Ocean view Condo 2 blocks from the Beach

Do you love ocean views? This unit has it! Conveniently located within walking distance or just a short drive to some of the Myrtle Beaches favorite attractions! To name a few: Market Common, Family Kingdom, Broadway at the Beach, The Sky Wheel and of course the great blue Atlantic Ocean! This is a large 3 bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and a private balcony. Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom and private balcony do not disappoint. Both guest bedrooms have views of the 8ft deep pool and tennis courts.

This newly painted and upgraded unit overlooking the ocean, is completely ready for a family with beach chairs you can borrow and sand toys for the kids. Washer and dryer and air conditioning included along with free Wi Fi and Cable TV. Only a few blocks from a family amusement park that you can see from your balcony. There is only one TV in the apartment, but who goes on vacation to watch TV. The Airport, Grand Coastal Mall, Golden Corral, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Minor League Pelicans, Wax Museum and The Palace you can reach by walking up one block to Kings Highway and catch the local bus for $3.00 rt between the hours of 9am to 9pm. After hours call uber $11.00 to the unit from the airport.
Do you want to save money on eating? The fully furnished kitchen is all yours or you can utilize one of the two grills on the grounds right next to the picnic tables, tennis court and swimming pool. If you feel cooking is not for you there is a five star Italian restaurant a bit pricey right up the block but worth every penny, three sports bars within a 3 block radius or Friendly's restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch or dinner right across the street. There is a Neighborhood Walmart just a few blocks away to meet your shopping needs. There are also night clubs nearby and plenty of beautiful people. Everyone is so welcoming in Myrtle Beach.

Ripken tournament at the beach

This condo was perfect for our family baseball vacation! A quick walk to the beach and a relaxing pool made hot days so cool after playing/watching baseball games at the Ripken experience. The condo was clean and spacious and our host was so communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We loved the balcony for ocean views. Good walkable neighborhood with many options for food and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

I explained that I can not control what other owners do in the building. Another condo unit was being renovated. I addressed the noise issue with the HOA. No work was started before 8am. I have better rates than most if not all 3 bedroom units in the area. I was there the prior week and had no issues. I have never had any issues in the past 2 years and have not had any issues since your stay.

Family yearly vacation

The property was nice. However, the cable ( Spectrum) was not so good. When we were at the condo to watch tv, it keep going off to reboot. Also, the washing machine did not drain the water out of clothes on any cycles. We had to wring and twist clothes to get water out. This made it hard to dry our clothes. These are the only issues we incurred. Other than that, we had an enjoyable vacation.

Once I was made aware of the wash machine not working properly. I contacted a repair company but ultimately I replaced both the washer and dryer. Nothing was reported to me about the cable service however the entire building was just switched over to direct tv

Review of Condo

This was a fantastic little condo with pretty much everything that we needed! Even with 3 kids, the square footage was adequate for staying indoors during the hottest parts of the days. We loved the little oasis created outside by the pool area with the palm trees, the benches, and the grills. The only area I could see some improvement was some more options for oven cooking within the kitchen. We brought our own cast iron skillet because we tend to use it a lot for oven cooking and we were glad we did because though there were a lot of pots or pans equipped for stove top, there weren't really any options for putting in the oven. Beds were very comfortable, clean upon arrival, well stocked with beach toys, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, liked having the dishwasher, TV's worked just fine...overall a great stay!

Holiday Towers is centrally located. Just a short walk to the beach and local shops. This condo was very clean The kitchen had all the necessities to cook and feed a family.

We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay for the price. It is in the middle of everything and only a block from the beach. Pool was nice and condo was great for week of baseball.

The accommodations were clean, beach items provided, and the beach was close- 2 blocks. We took advantage of the pool. The security personnel was very attentive and friendly. We felt safe. The bedrooms were very warm at night due to hot day temperatures. We had to sleep with our doos open to circulate the air.

Close to the beach plenty of parking meters.

This is a good place that is close to the beach. Plenty of parking meters around too. Only one beach chair so we had to buy another one. I'd sent a text asking how many chairs were available and didn't get a reply. since we were running low on car packing space I figured since the listing said "beach chairs" that must at least mean two, I was wrong. Other than that everything else was good. The elevators didn't work when we were checking out but that's not the fault of the owner, the maintenance guys were working on those and I'm sure they got them working after we left.
